Watervliet Rod and Gun Club is a quiet, friendly club located ¼ mile south of I 94 between Exits 39 and 41 in northern Berrien County. We were founded in 1963 and were originally Lake 14 Rod and Gun. In 1965 the property at 3413 Hennessey Road was purchased. In 1967 the clubhouse was started and the name changed to Watervliet Rod and Gun Club. We incorporated in 1968.

We are a growing club and provide a great service to hunters and shooters from around southwest Michigan and beyond.

The purpose of this organization shall be to:

  1. Further and advance the cause of conservation and recreation for this generation and generations to come.

  2. Promote the proper and safe use of firearms, by example and training, for recreation and protection.

  3. Fully support the principles of the Second Amendment of the United States of America.
